At Ribolexi, we’re experienced language translators that specifically support Pharma, Biotech, Med Device, and Diagnostics companies, as well as CROs and other life science companies.
Ribolexi’s name takes its inspiration from our biological super-translator, Ribosomes, and the Greek term λέξις (lexis), meaning speech, or words.
Ribolexi’s dedicated team of skilled linguists and industry experts ensures impeccable document translations, backed by years of experience and a passion for linguistic excellence.
Ribolexi is headquartered in the USA and Japan and supported by globally distributed personnel.
All Ribolexi language translators are specialized in translating life sciences-related content. This means that you don’t have to guess if the translator you get is a professional in your industry, you already know they are.
This depends on the type of format and customer requirements. The standard TAT is generally set at around 3 business days for the first 3000 words, and then 1 extra business day for every 2,000 words thereafter. Please note that this is just a typical TAT, and that we can push you to the front of the line to provide expedited delivery at an additional cost.
This varies depending on the complexity, format, source/target language combinations, and how fast you want it back. It would be best to get a quote, which you should have in less than 10 minutes from the time you submit all of your requirements to your sales rep.
At Ribolexi, we only use translators that have specific expertise with life science language translations, so you can expect your documents to only be handled by translators who specialize specifically in life sciences, rather than getting a potential professional “generalist” translator who has a wide range of expertise, but not necessarily the specific expertise to craft sentences in a way that the intended reader would expect. In many cases, big name brand companies end up outsourcing their customer’s documents to us to translate. So, why not just come straight to us from the start?
Yes, you can cancel a work order, though we will have to bill you for the time spent thus far. We would, however, also give the unfinished language translation in its “work-in-progress” state at the time we issue the invoice. You can also put it back into production for no extra charge! Please note that, in such cases, the delivery time for the completed language translation may end up being pushed back depending on how long it takes to receive approval to resume the work order.
In addition to guaranteeing that our responsiveness is faster than industry averages, we guarantee that you will receive your documents at the level of quality required by industry, legal, and regulatory standards no later than when we promise to deliver them. We tend to spoil our customers in terms of speed across all jobs and discounts for large volumes of work. After you try Ribolexi, you’ll wonder why you even bothered try to work with other agencies in the first place.
